To register and maintain an account at tk599, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. The platform reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended account at tk599 under any name, mobile number or identity.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension or permanent closure.

All financial transactions on tk599 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. tk599 does not charge additional platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to available account balance after deducting any pending wagering requirement obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team following a KYC review.
• tk599 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting identity documents, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation, before releasing funds.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering or violation of these Terms, tk599 reserves the right to freeze account funds and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedules, particularly outside Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.
